Healthy life.....key to slimmer body..

Do you want a slim body like Bipasha Basu? or like Kate Moss?... Follow the tips below...
1. Eat fruits everyday...an apple a day keeps the doctor away...
2. Practice balance diet everyday.
3. Drink lots of water....at least 8 glass per day
4. Skip carbohydrate at night.
